This form will use your default email program to email it to the reunion committee. This will alert the reunion committee that you are coming and that you will be paying at the door. A copy of what was sent in this form is located in your sent folder of your default email program. To see what you have sent us, open the email (in your sent folder) with the subject line "MHS Reunion Registration Form".
Clicking the Submit button will use your default email program to send this form to us, You will be warned this is happening. Clicking the Reset button will clear all fields. You will be able to see what was sent to us by checking in your sent folder of your email client.
