Chris, yes just a standard Wilson number 1 driver.
Actually I have used it other times usually for keeping dogs away without having to shoot them.
Here is another stupid animal story.
I know you remember our late friend David Stevian.
We were always friends even though we led different lifestyles and when he came into town to see his dad George from Truckee California he would aways visit.
Once we camped at Wabash State Park my son Clint was also with us but very young at the time and was asleep as he had a hard playing day.
I was making a pot roast and the racoons started swarming in but I had a fun solution.
I had with me a couple of BB rifles / Daisey Brand and the rule was that you could shoot at them if a camper or site wasnt in the path behind the racoon. The park was thin of campers in the early fall.
It was a blast. When you hit one of them they would his and growl but would not stop coming in towards the roast.
We laughed our butts off.
Another visit when Stevian came home was I had him as a ride along as I was working.
An older lady called about a squirrel in her house as she lived out by the college.
I had David to come inside after finding out what the call was and took him upstairs handing him my flashlight which I carried when I was a younger officer.
I pointed out to him the squirrel was in a bedroom pushing him inside the room and pulling the door shut.
David said I had to come inside with him and the squirrel began climbing ontop of the curtain rods then jumped off over the top of our heads. David ended up killing it with the flashlight. Another job completed.
