Chris, we have to be careful and not offend anyone. Even though most people I deal with aren't tax payers it isn't advisable to use names and such on the internet.
Thats why I do the animal story thing. Its safer.
But I will tell you one little story.
I can tell you one story that happened on tuesday in which an accident happened on western avenue in which no one was hurt but alot of people started milling and standing around.
I suppose the folks were standing around because the street was blocked and it was near Spencer Avenue and it was around lunch time and busy.
A small picture of it appeared in the Ct showing an older couple's vehicle pinned against a telphone pole by another vehicle.
I called for the fire department and the jaws of life was used to get the people out.
They weren't hurt and the fire and explosion that happened at RCA was just finnishing up so everything was real busy.
The ambulance was on the scene when I arrived.
Our classmate Steve Cruzan " OZ " was also on the scene as he is an expert paramedic who now works and rides on rescues on the Samartian Helicopter. He had just been passing by and stopped to assist.
The funny thing in my mind was after I gathered all the information compiling it for an accident report and called for two wreckers to pick up the wrecks everyone including passerby's and people from the neighborhood were still standing around watching as the wreckers pulled the wrecks away and the ambulance had left as well as the fire truck.
I was then ready to leave as I had everything I needed.
I then got in my car slowly pulling away Slowly I looked into the rear view mirror and the folks were still standing there.
I wasnt suprised and didnt have the heart to go back and tell them as I slowly pulled away its all over now everone can now leave.
