Like George said, there may be more to the story than we saw, but whatever the circumstances, it's common sense that you don't need to use that much force on an elderly man.
Just listened to a few cuts from the Neil Young CD you suggested. It hasn't grown on me yet but there's potential. Right now I'm listening to "Sideways" by Citizen Cope. Awesome.
