I agree with you about the media not telling and showing everything.There job is to sell the news.
Its also good to hear the cops are still considered as the good guys in your mind.
A couple of points to consider.
What are the charges filed on the old guy ?
Public Intox and DC is all I heard of.
What was the probable cause for the Terry Vs. Ohio stop in the first place ?
In other words how did all of these people land in the same place on earth in New Orleans and have such a disagreement ?
The field sobriety test seemed to be a good butt kicking.
Any other evidence or witnesses ?
Was there a alco-sensor test or blood drawn ?
Again I dont know.
No battery on a policeman charge so what was the provocation to get beat by the folks that are your neighbors and friends in most cases ?
Did the guy cry out loud another hurricane was heading our way ?
The old guy apparently fought as bad as my main man Ron Artest when he went into the stands and didnt seem to land a single blow but threw a lot of punches. The old guy however got held by 3 to 4 cops and punched on his head.
Put the cuffs on the old guy and take him to jail if you have to but standing there punching the guy didn't make since and is not to smart knowing in this day cameras are everywhere.
What provoked the cops to do this ?
Did the old guy punch at them or punch someone ?
Remember no charge of battery on a policeman that I know of unless there doing a prosecutive review which would seem to reasonable in an unreasonable situation.
