Such a shortage of materials as a result of so many storms..must have a substantial impact regarding cost and availabilty....if even someone can get a crew to do the work at a reasonable cost.
So many repercussions.....some of it unimaginable...and some areas/aspects may never recover..... I understand that was the case with Andrew.....
