Brother, you may have been blinded by that bright Sun....you know that can be a problem, what with those "naked eye". I am thinkin' y'all are in serious need of some cool shades. Too much exposure otherwise, leads to overexposure and then there is no tellin' what it is that may "see".
I liked Jeb's statement: "Blame me, if you would like." and then went on to say: "Those that area waiting for someone else to deliver ice and water...had plenty of warning in advance to gather up at least some of what they need." Like so many government programs....people come to expect, and then complain...rather than seek personal responsiblity and work toward resolutions independent of government.
When the hurricanes hit back in the 20's...we didn't expect, nor blame the government...for recovery efforts.
Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes:

I believe that goes to the very core of what made and make this country one of the greatest that has ever existed.
