Glad to hear your mother came through the surgery and is doing "well"! We are each faced wtih different challenges, as you well know.
We all have so much to be thankful for at this time of the year. "Thanksgiving" can and should reflect so many things...family....and the many blessings we have and have had. And you, of course, have something new to celebrate. It is good that you are able to be together at this time.
Please take it easy on your return trip. What with the weather these days, and the heavy holiday traffic........we will keep you, and your family, in our thoughts and prayers.
